This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CS2

♥ Supplies Needed ♥
♥ You Need SATC License number to use this Art
♥ Font of Choice I used Corinthia,
♥ Filter VanDerLee> LightOpen new Image (ctrl+n) 700 x 600 px with white Bg color
Open element 93(resize 70x70%), 94 (resize 70x70%)
Now paste tube (resize 60x60%) layer on left side of frame layer
Open Element 17 (resize 40x40%), 29 (resize 50x50%), 41,
66 (resize 30x30%) Flip Horizontal, paste them on left side of frame
Open element 24 (resize 50x50%), 51 (resize 60x60%)
paste them on right side of frame
Open element 45, 47, 65, 81 paste all of them at center
upper and lover part of frame as shown in my image
Now Open Paper 4 (resize 60x60%) paste behind frame layer cut the
part sticking out now Open closeup tube layer merg both layers
and add Filter effects VanderLee > Light
Light Color #dd4236,
x position - 87
y position - 90
Angle - 28
Focus - 60
Add mask of your choice #ee604d
♥ Add copyright info and license number correctly
Now add Text (name) add effects Pattern overlay i used Orange Glitter pattern
add stroke> color #ffffff size 2 , add drop shadow
add stroke> color #ffffff size 2 , add drop shadow
Now delete your white bg layer and save as PNG
